Too much harvest, not enough connection

Millions of gardeners grow more than they can use — tomatoes, lemons, herbs, zucchini — while neighbors pay 2–3× supermarket prices for produce that traveled thousands of miles, sat in cold storage, and lost half its flavor on the way. There's no easy way to connect them. Until now — and at a fraction of grocery-store cost.

Excess Harvest Wasted
Home gardeners regularly throw away surplus produce with no easy way to share it.
High Grocery Costs
Families pay $5+/lb for organic tomatoes at the store. Their neighbor's backyard surplus could go for $2 — fresher, picked yesterday, no markup.
Shelters Need Donations
Local food banks and shelters desperately need fresh produce donations but lack grower connections.
Disconnected Neighbors
Community members with complementary needs have no platform to find and trust each other.

Everything your garden community needs

Six core features — social feed, marketplace, discovery map, donation network, trading, and trust — built into one beautiful platform.

What our growers say

Real people, real harvests, real community impact.

"

I had 30 pounds of Meyer lemons just sitting on the ground under my tree. Posted on MyGrow on a Monday — by Wednesday everything was gone. Three neighbors got lemons, one batch went to the local shelter. Zero waste.

As a food bank coordinator, finding fresh produce donations used to be a full-time job. Now growers in our area message us directly through MyGrow. Last month we received over 200 pounds of fresh vegetables we never would have had access to.

I traded my excess zucchini for fresh eggs and homemade hot sauce from two different neighbors. It felt like the old days when people actually shared things. My grocery bill dropped by almost $80 last month.

Yes! The core platform is completely free. You can create listings, browse the marketplace, use the discovery map, message growers, trade produce, and donate — all at no cost. Optional paid plans start at $4.99/mo (Grower Plus) and unlock more sale-listing capacity, full dashboards, and lower platform fees on paid sales.

Anyone! Whether you grow one pot of herbs on a balcony or manage a large backyard garden, you're welcome. Consumers who just want to buy or receive produce can join too. Local shelters, food banks, community gardens, and small farms also have dedicated account types built for their needs.

Your exact home address is never shown publicly. You choose a neighborhood zone, pickup area, or public meetup location. Your precise address is only shared with confirmed transaction partners — and only if you choose. You can always opt for a public meetup spot or a partner pickup location instead.

Yes, within platform guidelines and your local laws. You can list seeds, plant starts, compost, garden tools, DIY garden builds, eggs and honey where legally permitted, and homemade garden products. Always check your local cottage food laws for any prepared goods.

In-app sales are processed securely via Stripe. Payments are held until pickup or delivery is confirmed. Trades and donations have zero fees. For sales, a small service fee (around 5%) supports platform operations. Payouts go to your linked bank account on a regular schedule.

Our Smart Pricing tool analyzes recent local listings and gives you a real price range — median, low, high — based on what nearby growers have actually charged. No AI guessing, just real SQL stats. You're always free to set your own price. Many growers price below retail since there are no middlemen involved.

We always recommend meeting in public places — outside a coffee shop, library, or community center. Check the grower's verified status and ratings first. Our partner pickup location network lets you use local business storefronts as neutral meetup points, avoiding any need to share home addresses.

All users verify their email at signup. Phone verification adds a second trust layer. Growers can complete optional enhanced verification including address confirmation and growing-practice review. Verified accounts display a checkmark badge. Our content-safety scanner auto-strips contact info from messages and flags prohibited keywords on listings — admins review reports within 24 hours.

Browse the Donation Network tab to find verified local organizations near you. Each listing shows what they accept, their hours, and pickup or drop-off options. Mark your listing as a donation, select the organization, and schedule a drop-off. The organization confirms receipt and you receive impact metrics showing your contribution.

Absolutely. Shelters, food banks, community kitchens, schools, and mutual aid groups can apply for a verified Organization account. The Organization Plus plan is $12.99/mo (or $119/yr — over 23% off vs. monthly) and includes a verified-org badge, donation-request posts, an impact dashboard, volunteer pickup requests, featured placement in the donation directory, per-transaction donation-receipt uploads, and the lowest 2.5% platform fee on any paid sales (donations stay free, always).
